A world with so much noise
Yet again I escape the chaos
Sitting here on the green grass
Watching the trees close by
Swaying to the rhythm of the breeze
Gazing at the pond a few feet away
So still, you could almost feel its beating heart
The sound of the kids in the distance
The whispers of the birds,
all so refreshing!
Lying down brings a new perspective
The sky, its absolute beauty and expanse
The eyes can't absorb it all
The crescent of the moon looking as though piercing through the cloud
I choose this moment to send you a message
That of love, peace and mercy
Encrypted in the sky,
that only you can decode
Because I know that wherever you are
The sky surely covers
And because my mind is linked with yours
And our souls are connected in a special way
There is no need for words
You just look in the sky, you comprehend the message
And it brings the intended warmth to your heart
